How to Copy Your Canva Template
Creating copies of a Canva templates is an efficient way to streamline your workflow, maintain brand consistency, and ensure all your clients have access to customized, high-quality designs. Whether you're sharing marketing materials, social media graphics, or any other type of design, follow these simple steps to duplicate a template in Canva:
Step 1: Log In to Your Canva Account
Open Canva: Go to https://www.canva.com and log in with your credentials.
Navigate to your homepage to access your designs and templates. Or simply click the URL that was sent to you of a Custom Template.
Step 2: Access Your Created Templates (If a link wasn’t sent to you)
Skip to step 5 if you already have the templates link. If not, select 'Your Projects': This can be found in the side navigation bar.
Go to 'All your designs': Here, you'll find a list of your created designs and templates.
Step 3: Choose the Template to Copy
Identify the template: Browse through your designs or use the search function to find the specific template you want to copy.
Open the template: Click on the design to open it.
Step 4: Make a Copy of the Template
Look for the 'File' menu: This is located in the top toolbar of the Canva editor.

Download options: Pick your preferred format (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.) and download the customized template for your client.
